There are three main areas of skill development. They are: Skating, Puck Control and
Checking. All skills flow out of these main areas of emphasis. Fundamental Hockey's goal
is to teach coaches how to break down the skills for your players, so they can develop and
improve their game.

Don't get me wrong - we all want to win! But we need to realize that winning is a product of
skill development.
