Steroids are a dark mark on the legacy of baseball. In no way is the only sport of baseball has been infected with the disease-enhancing drugs performance. Baseball has been forced to support the campaigns against steroids, but still has a culture of encouraging players near pharmaceutical advantage. Future prospects are facing a difficult decision to get an edge through steroids or see fellow equipment they are using race in the field. The decision is still being placed on the prospects and high school athletes because baseball refuses to draw a hard line in the sand, the prohibition of illegal and harmful conduct doping. The current policy of three strikes and your out is laughable at best. Just There are long-term impact if a player is using.
What baseball needs to do is to support healthy supplements. There are supplements on the market that will help a player to add muscle mass and improve your fitness. Creatine is an excellent example. Creatine just helps players to lift weights more often, without suffering drastic such as lactic acid accumulates in the muscles that cause pain. Many people are reluctant to take any supplements for fear that the supplement will be prohibited and will be retroactively guilty.
If baseball out drugs and training support healthy like creatine, and ensure that people who will not be punished for seeking a legal performance advantage, then reduce the pressure that players sit down to either not at all supplements, or go all the way to the illegal use of performance enhancing drugs. People play competitive baseball and are looking for an advantage. They should not fall afraid to use legal supplements to train. If baseball wants steroids out of the game, then you need to help young players know exactly what they can take to gain an advantage.
